I had a lovely lunch of salad topped with Jasmine rice and salsa.  It hit the spot!!  Filling without the guilt.  Do you make Jasmine rice??  I didn’t even learn about Jasmine rice until this year!!  It.is.awesome.  I learned about it from Jessica’s blog.  That’s one of the best things I love about food blogs.  I’ve learned so much!

Do you know what else I love??  Amstel Light.  If you know me AT ALL, you’ll know that Amstel is my go to drink.  Love love love it.  Embarrassing fun fact:  I started drinking Amstel because Cameron Diaz ordered it on My Best Friend’s Wedding.  Thank you, Cameron!
