What I Ate Wednesday

I’ve been away from my blog for a few days.

I was busy.

Busy watching Season 1 of Game of Thrones on HBO On Demand!

Priorities,  you see.

I had watched the first episode when it originally came out and wasn’t sold on it.  But I kept hearing more about it.  And then I read about it in Entertainment Weekly.  Now I’m hooked!  Can’t wait for Season 2 to start!!

Once I finished up Game of Thrones last night, I realized….oh man, I need to blog!  What to write about on Wednesday?

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with almonds, cranberries, coconut, a few Chia seeds, and skim milk.  I had pomegranate green tea this morning instead of coffee.

Snack:  Cherries

Lunch:  Mushroom burger on a sandwich thin with Laughing Cow cheese and carrots.  I could live on this sandwich.  Love it.

Snack:  Clementine and iced coffee.  You didn’t really think I could go the whole day without coffee, did you??

Dinner:  Okay, so I just cooked up a chicken breast and topped it with some marinara sauce and sour cream.  And I had some Terra veggie chips.  Single people eat odd dinners.  It’s a fact of life.

Undocumented Wednesday eats:  One fun-sized Butterfinger…..okay it was two Butterfingers, geez.  It’s just a miracle that I ate the chicken for dinner instead of 10 fun-sized Butterfingers!!!

Question:  Are there any awesome TV shows that I need to catch up on???  I’ve already been told that I need to watch Breaking Bad.  That’s the only one currently on my radar. 

Does anyone watch Boardwalk Empire on HBO too?  I haven’t really heard if that’s worth checking out or not.
