1. This tomato soup from Trader Joe’s. It’s been a staple for a fast lunch recently for me. I add in a few drops of hot sauce to it for a kick. I also add in a spoonful of fat-free, plain Greek yogurt after heating it to make it creamier.
Side note: I tried the low-sodium of this soup from TJ’s and it’s just gross. Blech. Bring on the salt bloat!

4. Simply Balanced Pomegranate Fruit Strips from Target…I’ve been keeping one in my purse to combat a sudden hunger strike. It’s just enough to have some sweetness and take my mind off of things.
I’m off to finish reading Allegiant. I’m about 75% done and still not sure I like the book. I definitely don’t love it, sadly.
